Architectural Design & Supervision
Consultancy Services
We design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, respecting the needs of each client. We undertake full supervision of the construction, ensuring high quality, proper implementation and adherence to the schedule.
Building Permits & Property Certificates
Our team undertakes the preparation of the file for the issuance of a Building Permit as well as the submission to the competent Building Service. The Engineer's Certificate certifies that the property does not have any urban planning irregularities and is, by law, a necessary element for any purchase and sale of property, even if it is an undeveloped plot.
Building Legalisation & Compliance
We undertake the entire arrangement of your property based on the applicable urban planning legislation. Experienced engineers undertake the control of the construction under discussion after an inspection and correlation with the building permit plans.
